A campaign website for the residents of Ward 3.

This site is the official campaign home for Roy Williams Jr., incumbent Alderman for Ward 3 on the Springfield City Council. It exists to give the people of Ward 3 a direct window into their representation: who Roy is, the standard he holds himself to, his priorities for the ward, and the record of service he has delivered since first being appointed in 2021 and elected in 2023.

The site is built for Ward 3 residents and Springfield voters. Neighbors can read about Roy's work on infrastructure, economic equity, and neighborhood safety; follow campaign news and updates; and use the concerns form to report the issues they see on their own blocks, from potholes and streetlights to safety and zoning matters. Supporters can volunteer, request a yard sign, endorse the campaign, or donate through ActBlue.

The site is built and maintained by Friends for Roy Williams, the volunteer committee that supports Roy's re-election. Every page reflects the same values Roy brings to the council: responsive, visible, accountable representation, delivered in plain language and open to every neighbor.
